Terms & Conditions 1. The Portable Wooden Tiki Bar remains the sole property of MAGICBROS TIKI BAR HIRE and is supplied on a hire-only basis. 2. The Hirer accepts full responsibility for the Tiki Bar from delivery or collection until it has been collected by MAGICBROS TIKI BAR HIRE. 3. The Hirer agrees to provide safe and unrestricted access for collection at the agreed date and time. Failure to do so may result in additional hire or collection charges. 4. The Tiki Bar must remain at the agreed event location and must not be moved elsewhere without prior permission. 5. The Hirer must take all reasonable care to protect the Tiki Bar from theft, damage, fire, vandalism, weather and misuse. 6. The Tiki Bar must not be left unsecured or unattended in a public place overnight. 7. No screws, nails, staples, glue, paint or permanent fixings may be used on the bar. Only removable decorations may be attached. 8. The Tiki Bar must not be altered, dismantled or modified. 9. The Hirer is responsible for the cost of repairing any damage beyond normal wear and tear. 10. If the Tiki Bar is lost, stolen or damaged beyond economical repair while in the Hirer's possession, the Hirer agrees to reimburse MAGICBROS TIKI BAR HIRE for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement. 11. The bar must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive cleaning may incur an additional charge. 12. The Owner accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of the hired equipment. 13. Any extension to the hire period must be agreed before the collection date and may be subject to additional charges. 14. By signing this agreement, the Hirer confirms they have received the Tiki Bar in good condition and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
